Description

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: EQUIPMENT AND HYDRAULIC TRAILERS. U-BOLTS WHICH ATTACH THE LEAF SPRINGS TO THE AXLE BEAM WERE INCORRECTLY TIGHTENED.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS CONDITION CAN CAUSE THE AXLE TO MISALIGN, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

Remedy

FOSTER WILL INSTRUCT OWNER TO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO HAVE THEIR VEHICLE INSPECTED AND ADJUSTMENT WILL BE COMPLETED AT NO CHARGE TO THE CONSUMER.
