Description

Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2023 LFS buses. The front air spring suspension hardware may separate from the attachment plate, causing a sudden loss of suspension.

Injuries / Consequence

A loss of suspension can cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Nova Bus will replace the attachment plate, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 31, 2024. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service 1-800-350-6682. Nova Bus number for this recall is CR5537.
