Description

THE SCHOOL BUS CHASSIS FAILED THE FMVSS 301 CRASH BARRIER TEST WHEN A RETURN FUEL HOSE WAS SEVERED, RESULTING IN A FUEL LOSS GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT ALLOWED BY THE STANDARD.

THE SCHOOL BUS CHASSIS DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OFFMVSS 301. ALSO, SPILLED FUEL CAN RESULT IN A FIRE WHEN EXPOSED TO A SOURCEOF IGNITION.
