THE FUEL RACK WITHIN BOSCH INJECTION PUMPS MAY FAIL AND SEPARATE FROM THE ACTUATOR.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS CONDITION MAY NOT ALLOW THE ENGINE TO RETURN TO IDLEWHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED, CAUSING LOSS OF ENGINE SPEED CONTROL,WHICH COULD RESULT IN A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.

Remedy

REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PARTS IN THE FUEL INJECTION PUMP.
