Description

THE FRONT AND/OR REAR TANK MOUNTING STRAPS CAN CRACK OR BREAK.

Injuries / Consequence

BROKEN MOUNTING STRAPS WILL ALLOW THE FUEL TANK TO DROP TO THE PAVEMENT RESULTING IN A FUEL LEAK AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE FIRE.

Remedy

A REVISED FRONT AND REAR FUEL TANK MOUNTING STRAP WILL BE INSTALLED AND A MIDDLE STRAP WILL BE INSTALLED.
