Description

THE FUEL TANK STRAP CAN BREAK ALLOWING A SLIGHT UPWARD MOVEMENT OF THE TANK. A DUAL FUEL TANK STRAP BREAKAGE CAN ALSO ALLOW THE TANK TO SLIDE FORWARD OR REARWARD.

Injuries / Consequence

MOVEMENT OF THE FUEL TANK CAN ALLOW DIESEL FUEL TO LEAK, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A VEHICLE FIRE.

Remedy

THE TOP FUEL TANK STRAP WILL BE REPLACED WITH A REDESIGNED, THICKER STRAP.
