Description
THE BRASS FITTING ON ONE END OF THE LOW PRESSURE LP GAS HOSE COULD BE INADEQUATELY CRIMPED TO THE HOSE ALLOWING GAS TO LEAK. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A LEAK COULD DEVELOP IN THE LP GAS SYSTEM WITH POTENTIAL FOR EXPLOSION AND/OR FIRE. NOTE: OWNERS SHOULD SHUT OFF THE LP SUPPLY AT THE TANK AND NOT USE THE LP SYSTEM UNTIL THE CORRECTIVE ACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
Remedy
REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE LOW PRESSURE LP GAS HOSE.
