IN VERY COLD WEATHER, MOISTURE THAT ENTERS OR MAY BE PRESENT IN THE THROTTLE CABLE HOUSING MAY FREEZE, CAUSING THE THROTTLE TO STICK. INSUFFICIENT SLACK IN THE THROTTLE CABLE INSIDE THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT MAY CAUSE THE CABLE TO BEND. THIS CAUSES THE THROTTLE TO REMAIN SLIGHTLY OPEN. VEHICLE SPEED WILL BE HARD TO CONTROL.
