THE RIDER COULD INADVERTENTLY POSITION THE FUEL SHUTOFF SUCH THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THIS CONSTITUTES A NON-COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 123, "MOTORCYCLE CONTROLS AND DISPLAYS".
