Description

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: TAIL LIGHTS USED ON BUSES. THE BULB HAS REVERSED FILAMENT CONTACTS, CAUSING THE LIGHTS TO DIM RATHER THAN BRIGHTEN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.

Injuries / Consequence

A FOLLOWING VEHICLE MAY NOT BE AWARE OF THE BUS STOPPING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy

THESE BULBS WILL BE REPLACED WITH CORRECTLY MANUFACTURED BULBS.
