PLEASE NOTE: ALL AFFECTED MODEL NUMBERS MAY ALSO BEGIN WITH THE LETTER "A". A MODEL NUMBER LISTED, BUT BEGINNING WITH AN ADDITIONAL "A" IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THE RECALLED SEATS.
Injuries / Consequence
IF THE HOOKS, PINS OR "U" BARS ARE MISSING, THE CARRIER MAY NOT BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE BASE. IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH, THE CARRIER COULD DETACH FROM THE BASE, POSSIBLY RESULTING IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
Remedy
