The recalled product is a boys' cotton canvas jacket made exclusively for children in sizes 18M to size 6Y. It has style number 93196 written on the inside care label. There is an attached removable compass on the side. The compasses are copper or turquoise colored, about 2.75-inches long, and have a clip to attach to the jacket.
Injuries / Consequence
The firm received one report of a child outside of the U.S. who began to choke on a broken piece of the attached compass. No injuries have been reported.
