CERTAIN GM EXPRESS COMMERCIAL CUTAWAY G-VAN CHASSIS MOUNTED WITH HACKNEY SPECIAL APPLICATION TRUCK BODY MODEL AC1000 FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." NEITHER THE CHASSIS-CAB NOR THE TRUCK BODY HAVE FRONT IDENTIFICATION LAMPS AS REQUIRED BY THE STANDARD.
