Description

ON CERTAIN HORSE TRAILERS, THE FASTENERS SECURING THE HAYPOD TO THE ROOF MOUNTING BRACKET MAY FAIL.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS ALLOWS THE HAYPOD TO SEPARATE FROM THE TRAILER. THIS COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD TO OTHERS.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSTALL NEW FASTENERS SECURING THE HAYPOD TO THE MOUNTING BRACKET ON THE ROOF OF THE TRAILER FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON AUGUST 16, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT 4-STAR AT 1-800-848-3095.
