Description

Kimble Mixer has recalled one model year 2014 Mixer Custom Chassis equipped with a Marmon-Herrington drive axle. The hex nuts were improperly torqued where the flange mounts to the yoke.

Injuries / Consequence

The loose hex nuts may allow the driveshaft to disconnect from the drive axle, resulting in a loss of propulsion and increasing the risk of a crash.
