Description

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRAILER CONVERTER DOLLIES. AN AIR LINE WAS CONNECTED TO AN INCORRECT PORT IN THE AIR VALVE CAUSING THE PARKING BRAKE TO BE INOPERATIVE.

Injuries / Consequence

THE PARKING BRAKE ON THE CONVERTER DOLLY AND THE PARKING BRAKE ON THE TRAILER BEING TOWED WILL BE INOPERATIVE INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE AIR LINE AND CORRECT THE AIR LINE CONNECTION IF NECESSARY.
