Improperly Manufactured Differential May Lock
Description
Eaton Corporation (Eaton) is recalling certain differentials with part numbers Q14022-010, Q14023-010, Q14032-010, and Q14033-010. The differential may have been improperly manufactured with oversized gear teeth, causing the differential to lock.
Injuries / Consequence
A locked differential can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the repairs are completed. Eaton will replace the differential, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 19, 2025. Owners may contact Eaton customer service at 1-800-826-4357. Eaton's number for this recall is HSCQE 2025-07.
