Description

Pt.Multistrada Arah Sarana, TBK (Multistrada) is recalling certain Achilles ATR Sport 2 tires, sizes 245/50ZR20, 245/45ZR17, 225/55ZR18, 295/25ZR21, and 205/45ZR17. The Tire Identification Number (TIN) is too long and cannot be registered by owners. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 574, "Tire Identification & Recordkeeping."

Injuries / Consequence

Without registration information, owners may not receive a recall notice, prolonging use of a recalled tire and increasing. the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and provide a refund for the purchase price of the tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are scheduled to be mailed January 21, 2026. Owners may contact TBC Quality Assurance at 1-800-739-7698.
