NAVISTAR IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009-2011 MONACO MONARCH AND MODEL YEAR 2010-2011 HOLIDAY RAMBLER ADMIRAL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM JUNE 4, 2009, THROUGH JUNE 26, 2010. THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM MAY BECOME INOPERABLE WITHOUT WARNING RESULTING IN REDUCED DRIVER VISIBILITY.

DECREASED DRIVER VISIBILITY MAY INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH POSSIBLY RESULTING IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
