Description

Vantage Mobility, LLC (VM) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Toyota Sienna vehicles, equipped with a rear entry wheelchair conversion. The trailing arm mounts have insufficient welds that can crack and fail.

Injuries / Consequence

A weld failure increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will repair the trailing arm mounts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 6, 2025. Owners may contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082.
