WASHERS OF AN INCORRECT DIAMETER MAY NOT BE ABLE TOWITHSTAND THE FORCES OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT, PULLING OUT OF THE FLOOR,AND SUBJECTING SEAT OCCUPANTS TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY.
