THE DRIVER CANNOT SEE OR OPERATE THE INSTRUMENT PANELILLUMINATION INTENSITY CONTROL OR THE HEATER/AIR-CONDITIONER WINDSHIELDDEFROSTING AND DEFOGGING CONTROLS, CAUSING REDUCED DRIVER VISIBILITY IN HIGHHUMIDITY CONDITIONS, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A POSSIBLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
