THE LATCHING OR LOCKING PIN ON THE MID-SEATING PEDESTAL DOES NOT CONSISTENTLY MEET THE MINIMUM LOAD TEST, AND DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 207, "SEATING SYSTEMS."

Injuries / Consequence

OCCUPANTS IN SEATS THAT DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM LOADREQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 207 ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN ASUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.
