CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: THE SEAT PEDAL ATTACHMENTS CAN PULL THROUGH THE FLOOR RESULTING IN THE FAILURE OF THE SEAT INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
