Description

THE ROUND STEEL TUBING USED TO MANUFACTURE THE SEATBACK CAN CONTAIN AN INAPPROPRIATE GRADE OF STEEL OR DEFECTIVE STEEL. THIS CAN CAUSE THE SEATBACK TO BEND, WARP, TWIST BACKWARDS, AND TO EVENTUALLY BREAK, CAUSING THE SEATBACK TO FAIL.

Injuries / Consequence

THIS CAN RESULT IN INCREASED RISK OF INJURY TO SEATOCCUPANTS IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.

Remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE SEAT FRAMES.
