EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: FULL SECURITY AND FIRE CONTROL CLASS 8 SUPER FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. THE HANDLE DOES NOT ENGAGE THE VALVE STEM AND CAN PUNCTURE THE SEAL OF THE EXTINGUISHER, ALLOWING THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER TO DISCHARGE ITS CONTENTS.

Injuries / Consequence

IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE, THE EXTINGUISHER WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO WORK PROPERLY.

Remedy

THESE EXTINGUISHERS WILL BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE.
