Description

Jayco, Inc (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025 Entegra Launch and Jayco Terrain motorhomes. An incorrect standard outlet was installed in the kitchen instead of a GFCI protected outlet.

Injuries / Consequence

A lack of proper circuit protection increases the risk of electric shock and injury.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the Non-GFCI breaker with a GFCI breaker at the load center for the proper circuit protection at the kitchen outlet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 16, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903629.
