Description
Arcimoto Inc. (Arcimoto) is recalling certain 2019 FUV motorcycles. During full right steering lock, the brake line may contact the steering main-link.
Injuries / Consequence
The contact may wear through the hard brake line, causing a loss of braking ability and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Arcimoto will notify owners and will inspect for proper clearance between the hard brake line and the steering main-link, correcting as necessary, free of charge. The recall began January 24, 2020. Owners may contact Arcimoto customer service at 1-541-683-6293.
