THE INVOLVED VEHICLES FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". THE FRONT SIDE MARKER LAMPS AND REAR SIDE REFLECTORS MAY HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY LOCATED. ALSO, THE FRONT AND REAR CLEARANCE LAMPS MAY HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY LOCATED OR NOT INSTALLED. FUTHERMORE, REAR IDENTIFIATION LAMPS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
