THE HAZARD WARNING FLASHERS FAIL TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF THE DURABILITY TEST. DEVICES DO NOT SURVIVE THE TEST PERIOD OR FAIL FLASH RATE OR STARTING TIME REQUIREMENTS. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECTS: FAILURE TO PROPERLY SIGNAL HAZARD OF VEHICLE TO TRAFFIC. THIS COULD POSSIBLY RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy

ALL RETURNED FLASHERS WILL BE REPLACED WITH COMPLYING UNITS.
