THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS THAT THE FLASHERS, WHICH ARE EQUIPPED ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". AFTER CONTINUED USAGE THE DRIVER MAY EXPERIENCE NO SIGNAL, TURN SIGNAL SHOWING CONTINUOUS SIGNAL OR RAPID SIGNAL RATE.
