TURN SIGNALS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT. THESE TURN SIGNALS DO NOT MEET THE DURABILITY REQUIREMENT (200 HOURS), NOR THE FLASH RATE REQUIREMENT (15 SECS. ON AND 15 SECS. OFF).

Remedy

CESSATION OF FURTHER SALES. FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON RETURN OF THE FLASHERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECALL NOTICE.
