TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS (FLASHERS) FAIL TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108. THE MALFUNCTION CONSISTS OF NO SIGNAL, CONTINUOUS SIGNAL OR RAPID SIGNAL RATE. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: FAILURE TO PROPERLY SIGNAL DIRECTION OF VEHICLE TO TRAFFIC. COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE AND ACCIDENT.
