FLASHER UNITS FAIL TO MEET REQUIREMENT OF FMVSS NO.108, FOR DURABILITY, STARTING TIME AND FLASH RATE. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THIS RESULTS IN NO TURN SIGNAL, TURN SIGNAL CONTINUOUSLY ON, OR RAPID SIGNAL RATE. FAILURE TO PROPERLY SIGNAL DIRECTION OF VEHICLE TO TRAFFIC COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
