THE TURN SIGNAL AND WARNING FLASHER UNITS FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 108, FOR DURABILITY, STARTING TIME, OR FLASH RATE. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: FAILURE TO PROPERLY SIGNAL DIRECTION OF VEHICLE TO TRAFFIC PRESENTS A TRAFFIC HAZARD AND COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
