THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHERS DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT". THESE SIGNALS DO NOT MEET THE REQUIRED FLASH RATE AND "CURRENT ON" TIME SPECIFIED.

Remedy

THE MANUFACTURER WILL PROVIDE A CREDIT ALLOWANCE THAT IS EQUAL TO THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR ALL RETURNED TURN SIGNAL FLASHERS.
