Injuries / Consequence

HEADLAMPS WOULD NOT PROVIDE PROPER ILLUMINATION ANDCOULD CAUSE GLARE TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.

Remedy

REPLACE HEADLAMPS WITH ORIGINAL DOT CERTIFIED LAMPS.
