CANDLE POWER OF LAMPS MAY BE INADEQUATE BY AS MUCH AS 40%, THE LENS DOES NOT PRODUCE A GOOD BEAM PATTERN, BULB EYE AT THE CENTER DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH CURVATURE TO FUNCTION AS LENS, AND LIGHT SOCKETS ARE POORLY FORMED. NON COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 108, LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
