THESE BUSES WOULD NOT MEET THE PHOTOMETRIC REQUIREMENTSOF FMVSS 108, AND MAY NOT HAVE THE DESIRED EFFECT FOR MOTORISTS FOLLOWING THESEBUSES AND COULD CAUSE A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
