Description

THE LIGHTING PLACEMENT WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED. THIS INSTALLATION WILL NOT PASS THE PHOTOMETRICS TEST BECAUSE IT UTILIZES THE AMBER MARKER CLEARANCE LIGHTS WITH REFLECTORIZED LENSES. THIS CONSTITUTES A NON-COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT".

Remedy

THE DEALER WILL CHANGE THE LIGHT LENS TO A NON-REFLECTORIZED LENS AND ADD A REFLECTOR ON EACH CORNER AT THE FRONT OF THE TRAILER.
