THE HEADLAMP SWITCH MAY FAIL DURING OPERATION WITHOUT WARNING DUE TO DISLOCATION OF THE CIRCUITRY CONTACT PIECE. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A SUDDEN LOSS OF HEADLIGHT ILLUMINATION AT NIGHT COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
INSTALL AN "L" SHAPED SUPPORT PIECE INTO THE SWITCH BOX TO PREVENT THE DIMMER SWITCH CONTACT PIECE FROM DISLOCATING.
