Description

Farber Specialty Vehicles (Farber) is recalling one 2021 Freightliner XC, 340HP vehicle. An additional resistor was incorrectly installed on the printed circuit board, which can disrupt CAN network communication and cause vehicle lighting to fail.

Injuries / Consequence

Inoperative vehicle lighting can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the units, free of charge. The one effected vehicle was remedied in July 2022. Owners may contact Farber's customer service at 1-800-331-3188.
