Injuries / Consequence
IF A CYLINDER IS OVERFILLED, AND SOME OF THE GAS LEAKS OUT, THE VAPORS COULD IGNITE IF THERE WAS A SOURCE OF IGNITION PRESENT.
Remedy
MANCHESTER TANK WILL REPLACE THESE CYLINDERS.
