IF THE INFANT RESTRAINT OR BOOSTER SEAT IS INCORRECTLY POSITIONED OR MOVES SEVERAL INCHES OR MORE FORWARD OF THE SEAT BACK IN THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT OF MERCEDES-BENZ BABYSMART EQUIPPED VEHICLES, IT MAY NOT AUTOMATICALLY DEACTIVATE THE PASSENGER FRONT AIR BAG.
Injuries / Consequence
IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, A CHILD COULD BE INJURED BY THE AIR BAG.
Remedy
