Description
Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2022-2024 DC (Legend). The horizontal exhaust diffuser may be improperly positioned and vent exhaust toward the CNG fuel tank.
Injuries / Consequence
Exhaust fumes can overheat the fuel tank, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reposition the exhaust diffuser as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 25, 2024. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is DC-2406.
