Description

SUNRIGHT INTERNATIONAL OF AMERICA, INC., DBA RODIA USA, IS RECALLING CERTAIN RODIA RHD 103 AND OUTLAW 103 MOTORCYCLE HELMETS, SIZES XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, AND XXXL, PRODUCED FROM JULY 1, 2010, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2011. THESE HELMETS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE FRONTAL IMPACT REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 218, "MOTORCYCLE HELMETS."

THE WEARER OF THE NONCOMPLIANT HELMET CAN SUSTAIN SERIOUS INJURIES IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.

Remedy
