VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS. THE CHECK VALVES IN THE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM ON THESE VEHICLES DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS."
