EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: THESE TRUCK BODIES DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." THE TRUCK BODIES ARE MISSING THE REAR TAIL AND STOP LAMPS.

Injuries / Consequence

THE VEHICLE MAY NOT BE CLEARLY VISIBLE TO A FOLLOWING MOTORIST, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

Remedy
