Description

ON CERTAIN FIFTH WHEEL TRAVEL TRAILERS EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL EXTENDED HITCH PIN BOXES, CRACKING CAN OCCUR IN THE BOX AREA OF THE HITCH PIN.

Injuries / Consequence

A COMPLETE FAILURE COULD RESULT IN THE TRAILER SEPARATING FROM THE TOW VEHICLE WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.

Remedy

ALL SIX OWNERS HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY NUWA. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN ON OCTOBER 9, 2003.
