VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRANSIT BUSES EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC ENGINE STARTERS. THE POWER CABLES ARE ROUTED ACROSS THE BACK OF THE ENGINE AND FASTENED TO THE ENGINE BULKHEAD. THE CABLE MAY NOT BE ADEQUATELY FASTENED, CHAFFING THE CABLE, AND CAUSING AN ELECTRICAL SHORT.
